For authors, please chose the appropriated section as listed on the Main Topics page to fill the registration forms and upload the abstract using the template_bramat2024.doc.

For accompanying persons and coauthors please fill the REGISTRATION only forms.

Conference fees:

Early registration: before 15 January 2024
Participation : 300 Euro (Ph.D. students participation fee: 175Euro)
Accompanying persons: 200 Euro

Standard registration: after 15 January 2024
Participation : 400 Euro (Ph.D. students participation fee: 200 Euro)
Accompanying persons: 200 Euro

Important observations:

The conference fee will be paid by the first author.
Please be aware, the conference fee does not include accommodation and bank fees.
The fee includes the conference materials, welcome cocktail, two lunches, gala dinner, coffee breaks and sightseeing program.

Payment

If you request an invoice please send your name, affiliation, address, CUI (or VAT) number to topic secretary and be sure to make the payment only after the invoice was released (you will receive an ELECTRONIC INVOICE by e-mail).

Payment at conference desk will only be available for participants without papers. In this case a fee of 300 Euros will be charged.

Participants from Romania are kindly asked to use the TREZORERIA account.
